At the initial planning stage, a documented design proposal reflects the clients’ requirements. Proposed concepts take into consideration the overall look and style of a space, adjacencies, and corporate branding.

‘Look and Feel’ design review meetings utilise tools such as space plans, computer generated 2D / 3D visuals, sketches, mood boards and materials to enable clients to visualise how their new space might look. Approved schemes subsequently move to drawing packages, elevations and a detailed project programme that typically includes technical information, space plans of meeting rooms, tea points, lighting plans, ceiling and partition layouts, M&E layouts, joinery details, finishes, door schedules and ironmongery.
