Black Elephant’s team of consultants, designers and technicians, work together as one cohesive team in ensuring that our innovative design schemes meet client requirements, are aesthetically beautiful, and are delivered on time and to budget.

Pre implementation, we determine the project deliverables and the required supporting services which may include:

• Management and coordination of the tender process.
• A shortlist of preferred contractors based on reputation, availability, and transparency of costs and pricing.
• Chairing of weekly project meetings and issue of project action lists.
• Managing agreed actions in relation to the project programme.

At this stage, the agreed detailed cost plan is issued along with formal contract documentation.

Throughout the implementation phase we can communicate directly with project teams to ensure the efficient management of time, resource, and budget.

Following client handover, a post project review will be scheduled to determine whether all client deliverables were successfully met.
